Beginning August 14 at 5pm, online registration and membership will be closed until further notice (probably a few days) while updates are made to the website.
Online Membership and Conference Registration
NOTE: ALL ATTENDEES EXCEPT STUDENT OBSERVERS MUST BE CSA MEMBERS
- Online registration will end at Midnight on Sunday, November 4.
- Make sure you single click on the “Buy now” button. If you double click, it will tell you that you are already registered (even though you are not) and you will need to contact us for assistance (please contact firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you find you cannot attend the conference after registering, your payment will become a tax deductible donation to the CSA and we will provide you with our tax id.
If you do not get the confirmation that your payment went through, you will need to pay the in-person registration amount, which is higher than the pre-registration amount. Please save your confirmation email.
- If you are paying for someone else, please put their name at the top of the membership and registration form and then put your name at the bottom where it asks for payer’s name.
- Student observers are not eligible to attend the buffet dinner on Friday night.
- All other registrants are invited to the keynote address and free buffet dinner.
- If you would like to contribute to the CSA, scroll down and click on “Donate.”
- You may pay with your PayPal account or use your credit card. To pay with your credit card, click on “Don’t have a PayPal Account” and then indicate that you want to pay with your credit card. You will have the option of creating a PayPal account which is up to you. You will be allowed to pay through paypal, using your credit card, without creating a paypal account.

- NOTE: YOU SHOULD RECEIVE A RECEIPT FROM PAYPAL WITHIN ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
- IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE A RECEIPT YOUR PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US TO HAVE US RESET YOUR REGISTRATION BEFORE YOU CAN TRY AGAIN (please contact email@example.com).
- The system only allows one registration per email address, even if the payment did not go through. If a user does not receive a receipt from paypal, we did not receive payment and the user will need to try again. Before the user is allowed to try again, s/he will need to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to have us reset the form so it will be considered a new registration. Alternatively, the user may try again by entering a unique email address into the registration form.
Registration includes buffet dinner on Friday night.
Early Registration – Must be submitted by midnight, November 4, 2018. After that all registration will be onsite at the conference.
