Online Membership and Conference Registration 

2023 Conference Registration is OPEN.

 

 

All conference attendees must register.
All attendees except student observers also must be CSA members. 

 

 

Please read these items before registering.

  1. All presenters must register and join the CSA.
    1. Participants will need to have payment completed to register by Oct 15, 2023.
  2. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. All payments are handled through paypal.  You may pay with your PayPal account, or use your credit card without creating a paypal account.  You should be given that option to pay without a paypal account when you single click on the “buy now” button.
  3. After entering your information for registration/membership in the form below, make sure to single click on the “buy now” button.  If you double click, it will tell you that you are already registered (even though you are not) and you will need to contact us for assistance (please contact calsoc.org@gmail.com).
  4. All the entry fields in the form below are required to be completed.  If you skip an entry field and try to click the “buy now” button it will not work.  It should highlight the missing fields.
  5. If you do not get the confirmation from paypal that your payment went through, then you did not register.   Please contact us immediately (calsoc.org@gmail.com)
  6. Save your paypal confirmation email.
  7. If you are paying for someone else, put their name at the top of the membership and registration form and then put your name at the bottom where it asks for payer’s name.  
  8. All presenters must register and become members, including students.  The membership type of “Student Observer” is only for students that are observing, not for students that are presenting.
  9.  Regular registration and membership also includes a buffet dinner (including vegetarian items and cash bar) Friday night.  Because of their deeply-discounted registration (and no membership), student observers are not invited to the buffet dinner.
  10.   Everyone is invited to the keynote address on Friday.

If you find you cannot attend the conference after registering, your payment will become a tax deductible donation to the CSA and you can contact us for the CSA tax id if you would like.
